Shipping and Delivery:

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
Online Returns:
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail within 30 days of original purchase date. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
It's easy to send us your return or exchange. Just contact us by email or phone and we'll send you a pre-paid return label by email and follow the steps below.
- Repack the unworn merchandise in the original packaging or a sturdy box.
- Include a copy of your invoice in the shipment and keep another copy for your records.
- Shipping is on us, so use our prepaid USPS return label. Fill out your return address information, mark whether it's a return or exchange, and attach it to the box. Be sure to write down your USPS tracking number, then take your package to the nearest USPS officer.

- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
- Orders that were ordered with"Free shipping" need to be sent back to us for a refund of the products you purchased, we do not cover shipping both ways. When your order is recieved we will credit you a refund for the product.

Warranty:
Your DUS-T is guaranteed to be the most unique, comfortable and trusted t-shirt you will ever own. If you are not completely satisfied with everything about your shirt we will refund all your money, but all this needs to happen within the first 30 days. After that you will need to have a good story. No refunds on bulk orders, no exceptions, so order one to start with to make sure color and sizes are appropriate. Please follow all washing instructions, each model varies. Defects in craftsmanship or color should be returned within 10 days with a copy of the receipt. A new order will be shipped out immediately.
